The Bevan Commission – We are extremely proud that Grow Well is a Bevan Exemplar project 2020
The Moondance Foundation Covid-19 - who supported our 'Sow Some Sunshine' project, supporting children in hub schools to grow sunflowers, vegetables and herbs through the lockdown. We are delighted that the foundation has continued to support us with our 'Let's Grow Together' Project, helping schools in disadvantaged areas of the city to develop thriving vegetable gardens over the autumn/winter and into next spring.
Cardiff and Vale University Health Board - are supporting us to develop a patients' community garden in Riverside through the 'Move More Eat Well' grant programme.
Community Foundation in Wales - are supporting us to develop a new pilot project 'Growing Companions' through their 'Wales Coronavirus Resilience Fund'. Their support enables us to support people who continue to self-isolate in south west Cardiff to be able to grow their own produce and flowers from home, and to connect with others in their community.
South West Cardiff Primary Care Cluster - support the development of the Grow Well project - helping us to provide a social prescribing to therapeutic community gardens service in south west Cardiff.
