Thanks to funding from Cardiff and Vale University Health Board’s 'Move More, Eat Well' fund and Community Foundation Wales 'Coronavirus Resilience Fund', Grow Cardiff is delighted to seek applicants for an exciting new post:


’Grow Well Project Connector’


The successful applicant will support new developments in our Grow Well, social
prescribing to therapeutic community gardens project, developed in partnership
with the Cardiff South West Primary Care Cluster. The post is a new 2 day/week role, initially for 6 months fixed term, with 2 distinctive elements:
1. Supporting the development of a patients’ community garden in the grounds outside Riverside Health Centre and in on-street planters in Riverside


2. Development of the ‘Growing Companions’ project - helping people who continue to self-isolate, to grow their own food and flowers at home and feel more connected to their local community


Hours: 15 hrs/wk


Salary: Grade 2—2.5 / £22,369—£24,990 (pro rata) dependent on experience
