Set up in 2016 in partnership with the South West Cardiff Cluster, the Grow Well project aims to use therapeutic community gardening as a tool that supports patient health and well-being. Patients are socially prescribed to the project by their GP, other practice staff, a referrer from a third sector or local authority organisation, or by a family member, friend or themselves and throughout the year can take part in weekly sessions running from 2 garden sites – at Lansdowne Surgery and the Dusty Forge
