Would you like to join the fantastic Grow Cardiff team and make a lasting difference to the health and well-being of local people through community gardening?

‘Grow Well’, our award winning, therapeutic community gardening project is growing! Thanks to funding from the City & South Cluster, Grow Cardiff are delighted to seek applicants for an exciting part-time post based in south Cardiff.

The successful applicant will support the development of a new hub for the Grow Well project, based at Grange Medical Practice, Grangetown, where we are working collaboratively with our NHS partners in the Cardiff City & South Primary Care Cluster. The post is a 15 hr/week role, for 18 months, fixed term with the aim to sustain the project long term. We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled and experienced individual, able to nurture people and plants together. You will support a social prescribing referral pathway, enabling referrals from NHS and local partners to the project as well as self-referrals. Each week you will facilitate the development of the community garden, co-produced with local people to enable their health and well-being to thrive through growing together.

Hours: 15 hrs/week (flexible, but you must be available to work every Thursday and the first Tuesday of the month)

Salary: Grade 2 – 2.5 / £23,961 – £26,769 (pro rata) dependent on experience

Mae ‘Tyfu’n Dda’, ein prosiect garddio cymunedol therapiwtig arobryn yn tyfu diolch i gyllid gan Glwstwr Dinas a De Caerdydd. Mae Grow Cardiff yn falch iawn o fod yn chwilio am ymgeiswyr am swydd ran-amser gyffrous yn ne Caerdydd.

Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn cefnogi datblygiad hwb newydd ar gyfer prosiect Tyfu’n Dda, wedi’i leoli ym Mhractis Meddygol Grange, Grangetown, lle rydym ni’n gweithio ar y cyd â’n partneriaid GIG yng Nghlwstwr Gofal Sylfaenol Dinas a De Caerdydd. Mae’r swydd yn rôl 15 awr yr wythnos, am 18 mis, tymor penodol gyda’r nod o gynnal y prosiect yn y tymor hir. Rydym ni’n chwilio am unigolyn brwdfrydig, medrus a phrofiadol iawn, sy’n gallu meithrin pobl a phlanhigion gyda’i gilydd.

Byddwch yn cefnogi llwybr cyfeirio rhagnodi cymdeithasol, gan alluogi atgyfeiriadau gan y GIG a phartneriaid lleol i’r prosiect yn ogystal â hunanatgyfeiriadau.
